Nokia Laptops: Coming Soon
Another sign of the converging road ahead for laptops and mobiles! Nokia has affirmed that they are considering entering the Laptop market. When asked of Nokia’s possible plans to start manufacturing laptops, CEO Olli-Pekka Kallasvuo reportedly said, "We are looking very actively also at this opportunity”.
Why shouldn’t they? Laptops are getting smaller and integrating more and more features of mobiles, while mobile are gaining more and more features of computers. With Nokia smart phones already capable of email, web browsing, video streaming, editing documents, and much, much more, laptops are just a stone throw away.
Nokia’s unique experience in making mobile phones in a small form factor, and packing them to the brim with features, is one that will surely come to play in a big way. Many of Nokia’s higher end devices such as the E90 communicator are essentially trimmed down PC’s in their own right.
Recently Nokia entered the software by acquiring Trolltech, the company responsible for developing the Qt Toolkit which is widely used for developing software for Windows, MacOs and Linux, the most famous of them being the KDE Desktop environment for Linux. They have also recently acquired and open sourced the Symbian Operating System that is used on their phones. A version of Qt for developing application for Symbian is also underway. It is quite possible then that their Laptops might feature a expanded version of their Symbian operating system.
We have seen a lot of computer manufacturers, such as HP, Lenovo, and Acer starting their own line of mobile phone recently, and Dell too is considering the option. As such Nokia deciding to expand to the Laptop market isn’t quite so unusual.
Nokia already has a large loyal customer base, and its products are widely considered to be of superior quality, sturdy, and stable. They have a ready distribution network, and have large ready supply chain and manufacturing capacity, which they can use to gain foothold, and emerge successfully in the field.

Free Utility Speeds up Vista
Experienced users are well aware that you can improve the performance of all versions of Windows by shutting down non essential Windows services. Of all the versions of Windows, Vista shows the greatest gain from shutting down non essential services. That because it has so many err, non essential components.
Unfortunately shutting down services is not a task for the faint hearted. First it's hard to work out what services you don't need. Secondly it's quite a fiddly job to actually shut them down and finally and most importantly, things can go wrong like when you discover that one of your favorite programs actually uses one of those "non essential" services.
Vista Services Optimizer is a free utility that let you shut down unneeded services without the pain. There are several features about it that I really like:
1. It has an automatic Tune-up option that allows inexperienced users to shut down useless services. Furthermore it does this is a smart way. Rather than just taking a best guess what users don't need it asks simple plain English questions about what you do on your computer before it decides what you don't need.
2. Advanced users have plenty of options to fine tune their needs including the ability to create multiple service profiles.
3. It has smart Rescue Center that allows you to restart your shut down services should something go wrong.
On my tests it ran fine and after a bit of manual tweaking I realized some significant performance gains on my Vista PC. The only downside, apart from the usual risk of stopping a service that was actually needed, was the fact that the product requires the .NET 3 frameworks to be installed on your PC. Still, many modern Vista systems come with that pre-installed.
There is much to like here and if you use Vista I suggest you give it a whirl. However just to be extra careful I suggest you create a full system backup or create a system checkpoint before you start, in case you have a disaster. Sure Vista Services Optimizer has its own recovery mechanism but in my books, two backup recovery options are better than one.

Visit full full websites without Internet Connection
WEbReaper - This software is a web crawler or a spider, which can work its way through a website, downloading pages, pictures and objects that it finds so that they can be viewed locally, without needing to be connected to the internet.
We get number of websites on any topic through search engines. On a certain topic if one usually downloads 3 to 4 full websites with the help of WebReaper, then on free time one can explore all of them together, even if one doesn't have internet connection at that time. This way we can manage getting all the information on any topic we look for.
What WebReaper actually does is, it stores the sites locally as a fully-browsable websites which can be viewed with any browser, such as Internet Explorer, NetScape, Opera etc. Also the sites can be saved into the Internet Explorer Cache and viewed using IE's Offline Mode. Some of the key-features WebReaper have are listed below: Source
· Multithreaded downloading

· ShockWave Flash support - downloads/fixes up SWF movies for local browsing
· User-customisable filters - limit by depth, time per object, total time and 'distance' from starting server, and many others.
· Simple-to-use filter wizard - helps you build complex filters quickly and easily.
· Full Drag & Drop support - drag links to/from Internet Explorer/Netscape.
· Save downloaded files using relative paths to recreate websites stored locally with links adjusted to make them fully browsable.

1 Egg & 2 Mobiles 65 minutes of connection between mobiles

Initiated the call between the two mobiles and allowed 65 minutes approximately...
During the first 15 minutes nothing happened ;
25 minutes later the egg started getting hot ;
45 minutes later the egg is hot ;
65 minutes later the egg is cooked .
Conclusion : The immediate radiation of the mobiles has the potential to modify the proteins of the egg. Imagine what it can do with the proteins of your brains when you do long calls.
Please try to reduce long time calls on mobile

How To Get Windows 7 Build 7057 Logon Screen In Vista [Without Using Any Apps]
I know many of you already installed Windows 7 build 7057 by this time. Even uses on Windows Vista are installing third-party applications to install the latest logon screen for Vista. As always, we can install the latest logon of Windows 7 build 7057 in Vista manually.
Windows 7 build 7057 sports a new logon screen, which is entirely different from the previous builds. The new logon screen is simply superb, which makes us to install it on Vista as well. If you are not in mood to install the latest logon screen in Vista using third-party utilities like logon studio or Vista Mizer, then follow the procedure below to make it happen.
Procedure:
1. Head over to "C:\Windows\System32” folder (“C” is your Vista drive).
2. We need to replace a file named imageres.dll in this (System 32) folder. In order to replace or rename the file, we need to take the ownership of the file. Please refer to the “How to take ownership of a file in Vista” guide to know more about that. Posted just before this post.
3. Once you have the ownership of the file, rename imageres.dll file into imageresOLD.dll. Simply click Continue for the UAC security prompt. We are creating a backup of the file by renaming the file.
4. Now, download the new modified imageres.dll file from here (Thanks to Janhouse).
5. Extract the zipped file to desktop and then the move the file "imageres.dll" to "C:\Windows\System32” folder. Click Continue for UAC security prompt.
6. If you have done everything perfectly, on rebooting your system, Windows Vista should display Windows 7 logon screen.
This method should work fine on both Vista and Vista SP1.
How to Uninstall and Remove Windows 7 or Vista Leaving Windows XP on Dual Boot System
Important: Do not use this tutorial if your dualboot system is Windows 7 and Windows Vista.
1. Boot up and log on to Windows XP desktop.
2. Insert the Windows Vista or Windows 7 DVD installation disc into CD-ROM or DVD-ROM optical drive.
Alternatively, mount the Windows 7 or Windows Vista DVD ISO image on any virtual drive.
3. Run Command Prompt, or click directly to Start menu -> Run command.
4. In the command prompt or the Run text box, issue the following command and hit Enter:
[DVD Drive Letter]:\boot\bootsect.exe /nt52 ALL /force
For example,
If the DVD drive path is D:, then enter the following:
D:\boot\bootsect.exe /nt52 ALL /force
The step will remove the boot menu to select operating system to start.
5. Remove the DVD disc and restart the computer.
6. The computer will boot up with Windows XP installation partition.
7. Manually remove files and folders of Windows Vista or Windows 7, including Windows, Program Files and Users folder. If you’re installing to separate partition, just format the partition to clean it instantly (with FDisk, Disk Manager of Computer Management or third party partition management software such as Partition Magic or EASEUS Partition Manager).
8. On the root system folder of Windows XP, delete Boot.BAK and BootSect.BAK. The two files are remnant backup leftover files of previously installed Windows Vista or Windows 7 bootloader, but no longer useful for Windows XP only system.
Tip: NT52 is the MBR (Master Boot Record) used by Windows XP and Windows Server 2003, while Windows Vista uses NT6. So if you’re uninstall Windows 7 in Vista/7 dual boot system, change the NT52 in the command to NT60.
Fast Shortcut: It’s also possible to format the Windows Vista or Windows 7 partition straight away, and then start the computer with Windows XP Setup CD to repair the system partition, or run the “bootsect /nt52 c:” command above from the \boot\ folder of leftover OS immediately to repair the boot partition.
Tip: When startup repair the boot record after removing an installed operating system from dual-boot or multi-boot system, always use the highest version of Windows installation DVD/CD to perform the repair. For example, in a tri-boot PC with Windows XP, Vista and 7, after uninstalling Windows 7, use Windows Vista to repair the system. If the PC is restored and reverted back to Windows XP, then use the Windows XP setup CD.

How to remove Windows 7 Beta ‘Send Feedback’ link
The new Windows 7 beta release just like Vista preview releases before it incorporate some additional UI elements meant for testers to submit feedback back to Microsoft.
Now considering you may be running this Beta 1 release as your main OS for some reason one of those elements in particular can become annoying and obtrusive to your otherwise neat configured desktop.
Here’s how to remove the Send Feedback link:
(1) Run the Registry Editor (type regedit on the start run menu)
(2) Browse to the following registry key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop
(3) If it’s not already there, add a new DWORD (32-bit) value “FeedbackToolEnabled” and set its data field to 0.
(4) The change should take effect on your next restart.
